To Clarify

Just to clarify, if you are willing to help or have a comment about the issues I explained below, please comment here on the blog, or email me...
Also, this is a reunion for all the descendants (and adoptees) of Laura Fern Pinchak Olsen and Steven Stanley Pinchak. This is why we are naming is the Pinchak family reunion.  So, if your last name is Cook, Jansen, Hansen, Wickhorst, Hall, Morrish, Wilson, Near, etc. etc. this is your reunion.

Welcome to the family reunion blog!

Hopefully you've all made it here safely...if there is anyone who you can think of that would need the link to this family blog, please forward it to them!
This is the only way that I could think of to get info out to everyone, and to have everyone's opinion on a variety of things regarding our big weekend together!
I am sending out invitations in the next couple of weeks, even though one has been sent via fb.  It will include a map to the venue (for those who don't know how to get to Clayton and Robin's)  and a little more info about what to expect.
So!  To start off, there are a few questions I want to ask everyone!  Please comment on this blog, or email me someydawn@yahoo.ca
1.  What activities would you like to have at the reunion?  How scheduled do you want it to be?
2.  Costs such as outhouse rentals, invitations, firewood, etc. will need to be covered.  It has been proposed that a fee be paid by every family, or individual...what does everyone think a reasonable fee would be?
3.   We want this to be a very wonderful and memorable reunion.  I, for one, really want the children and adults to mix together as much as possible in games like three legged races, etc.  That being said, I was toying with the idea of having a sans alcohol (alcohol free) time, where it would be suggested to people that want to drink would restrict it to after 7 pm.  This is just a thought, I want all of your beautiful people's feedback.
4. We need a committee to make sure things are really organized.  Is there anyone who would like to join the team of organizers?  It will not take much time, and really not many people.  Just some hands to shop for supplies, keep track of money, etc.
    That's it for now!
As I mentioned before, I don't have everyone's address, so if you  could forward the link to anyone in your immediate family and beyond, it would be much appreciated!
 Love to you all!  Somer-Dawn
